Hitting

  • This off-season training has been created specifically for youth and high school players.  It combines Driveline hitting programs, with targeted muscle development workouts, integrating aspects of other hitting programs and personal baseball experience. Hitting videos and Rapsodo hitting simulator are utilized for weekly tracking and analysis of swing dynamics, optimizing power and force for max exit velocity.The small group setting, along with increased frequency, ensures focus and mastery through repetition and personalized attention.  YOUTH PROGRAM – 2X PER WEEK FOR 6 WEEKS (12 SESSIONS)HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM – 3X PER WEEK FOR 6 WEEKS (18 SESSIONS)

Pitching

  • This Driveline based pitching program focuses on arm and body strength and agility, correct form, and improved velocity.Classes incorporate a warm-up and cool-down routine, complete ploy ball exercise guide, and additional pitching aids to maximize learning. Seasonal Sports

Some OTD sports are seasonal and are weather permitting.

Reservations

Reservations for OTD lock in your spot at the reserved time of the booking. Make sure your party shows up on time and let us know in advance if your party cannot make it. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the reservation start time are subject to non-refundable deposit.
